The mayor wrote on Facebook, Censor.NET reports.
Filatov wrote: "I have never used public statements excessively. But the crime situation in Dnipro City has started spinning out of control today.
"Masked individuals who beat city crews and smash their equipment are openly walking the city with the tacit assistance of the "law enforcement officers".
"About 300 more "titushky" are expected to arrive from Kryvyi Rih and Zaporizhia about nightfall," he wrote.
