 Ukrainian servicemen, military police continue search for three soldiers gone missing three days ago near Mariupol, - ATO speaker

The authorities have no information on the fate of missing soldiers or their whereabouts.

As reported by Censor.NET, this was announced by speaker for the Defense Ministry on anti-terrorist operation issues Oleksandr Motuzianyk at a briefing today.

Asked about the fate of missing soldiers he said: "As reported, three soldiers of a military unit performing combat missions along the demarcation line near Mariupol did not return to the place of their deployment the other day (on Jan. 8, - Ed.). The search operation is still underway. It is carried out by the military police and the servicemen of the Mariupol tactical force. We have no official information to share on this issue so far. We will make information public as soon as we receive it."

The ATO Staff press center earlier reported about three Ukrainian servicemen, who went missing in the ATO zone in the Donbas after they left their military base.
