As reported by Censor.NET, PGO's Special Investigation Department Head Serhii Horbatiuk told Ukrainski Novyny.
"He (Tatkov) was put on the wanted list," he said.
On Oct. 18, the Prosecutor General's Office served Tatkov and Superior Economic Court Judge Artur Yemelianov notice of suspicion of illegal interference in the operation of the automated case assignment system.
Tatkov's protection says that the Superior Economic Court ex-head has traveled abroad to receive medical care.
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine dismissed Tatkov from the post of judge Sept. 29, 2016 since he was subject to the law "On the cleansing of power" (lustration).
