As noted, no charges were brought under this criminal case.
Earlier, Leader of Ukrainian Youth Development NGO Yevhen Hospodyniuk told a press conference that the Military Prosecutor's Office of Kharkiv garrison had initiated a pre-trial investigation into neglect of official duty by Nadiia Savchenko.
The case was added to the Unified Register of pre-trial investigations on Nov. 28, 2016.
"The pre-trial investigation was opened under article 425 of the Criminal Code - neglect of official duty," he said and demonstrated the letter from the Military Prosecutor's Office.
Hospodyniuk noted that his organization had filed an inquiry to the Military Prosecutor's Office based on the testimonies of the soldiers who served with Savchenko.
According to him, the activists failed to follow the progress of the investigation.
