As reported by Censor.NET, this was announced by SBU head's adviser Yurii Tandit on his Facebook page.
According to him, Ukraine is ready for an unprecedented step for the sake of releasing 58 Ukrainian hostages from militant's captivity - to transfer 228 persons demanded by self-proclaimed republics' representatives.
"We do not make politics or conduct manipulations! We do deeds! We hope the Russian Federation as a member of the Minsk format and the party that actually decides on the prisoners' release, will allow the hostages return home by Christmas!" Tandit wrote.
