 Terrorists killed Ukrainian soldier yesterday – Motuzianyk

One Ukrainian soldier was killed in the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) zone over the past 24 hours.

Presidential Administration spokesman on ATO issues Colonel Oleksandr Motuzianyk announced today at a briefing, Censor.NET reports, citing 112 Channel Ukraina.

He noted that the truce was observed in the Luhansk sector, however, a militants' drone was spotted in the area.

"Zaitseve-Maiorsk defense line, as well as Pisky village, were the hottest spots in the ATO zone. The militants shelled the abovementioned areas with 120 mm mortars and infantry fighting vehicles. A militants' sniper was also spotted in the area," Motuzianyk said.

Moreover, according to Motuzianyk, a few militants' attacks were reported in other sectors of the ATO zone. In particular, the militants fired an anti-tank guided missile near the village of Luhanske. A series of provocations were reported in Avdiivka. The situation remains tense in the Mariupol sector. In the vicinity of Marinka and Krasnohorivka villages, snipers of the terrorists were spotted. The militants shelled the Army's positions at Hnutove and Talakivka with mortars.

The terrorists also attacked Shyrokyne village twice.
