MP Lutsenko urges Yatseniuk’s government on conducting internal revolution

Today's voting provides no official grounds for government resignation, but this technical victory of Yatseniuk is actually not what it seems, as the Cabinet is lacking the parliamentary majority.

Petro Poroshenko Bloc faction Head Yurii Lutsenko said on the sidelines of the Verkhovna Rada, Censor.NET parliamentary correspondent informs.

According to Lutsenko, the government will be unable to implement reforms under such circumstances and in this format.

"I know Yatseniuk as a responsible person and I am sure that he will be able to make conclusions from this. What kind of conclusions? We will learn it in the next few hours or days."

Yurii Lutsenko recalled that there would be no parliamentary sessions over three weeks following today's one.

Petro Poroshenko Bloc faction head stressed: "If the prime minister fails to take decision until Thursday, we will have to find an efficient government formula over the next three weeks. Not the names of the prime minister or ministers are meant. We are talking about the issues raised by the MPs - to remind about embezzled customs office, state-owned enterprises, and the public dissatisfaction with the government."

"It should be an internal revolution. We have two ways: either internal or external revolution. We know that the country is in a difficult situation. I call on the prime minister and the government to understand that living like this is no longer an option," Lutsenko summed up.
