Censor.NET reports citing a statement by the press service of the Luhansk regional military civil administration.
According to the agency, an officer of the Security Service of Ukraine found a directional antipersonnel mine with armed fuse on the verge of the highway between Krymske and Zholobok villages yesterday, Feb. 14.
"These mines are prohibited by the Geneva Convention, while their use by terrorists suggests that they just do not care about the norms of the international law and laws of humanity," head of the Luhansk regional military civil administration Heorhii Tuka said.
